We want you to love your purchase—but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or exchange.
Final Sale Items
All Sale, Clearance Items, and 6-Ft Feather Trees are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. These pieces are yours to keep.
Please Note: Items from Ruby Clay Co. are made-to-order and not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Because of their handcrafted nature and delicate material, these items can’t be restocked or reshipped once opened. We encourage customers to review product details carefully before ordering. Sample color tiles are available for select items.
If Something’s Off
Wrong item? Damage in transit? Missing something? No worries—just send us a note at help@angelwreaths.com within within 24 hours of delivery, with a photo of the issue so we can initiate a claim and get a replacement moving your way.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of being placed if the order is not yet in process. Contact our Customer Care right away with your order number, and we’ll do our best to cancel if production hasn’t started.
How to Return or Exchange

Start the Process
Email help@angelwreaths.com with your Order# (AWEC-XXXX), the email, zip, or phone number used at checkout, and a quick note about why you’re returning. -
We’ll Review & Approve
Once approved, we’ll send you a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return instructions. -
Send It Back

For exchanges, your new item will ship once the return is received and inspected.

For returns, we’ll issue a refund or store credit for the item (minus any discounts, shipping costs, and a 12% restocking fee).
Return Shipping Details

Customers cover shipping the return item back to Angelwreaths, unless the item was damaged or we made an error.

We’ll cover shipping of the exchange item for one exchange per order.

Any additional exchanges or returns due to customer preference will require shipping charges.
Refund Timing
Once your return arrives and is approved, you’ll receive a refund confirmation email and see a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, or we can issue store credit if you’d prefer to shop again soon.
