RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Final Sale Items

  • Sale & Clearance Items and 6-Ft Feather Trees are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Defective or incorrect items must be reported to Customer Care within 4 days of delivery with photo confirmation to qualify for an Instant Exchange or resolution.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may only be cancelled within 4 hours of being placed. Once an order begins processing, it cannot be cancelled.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Submit a Request: Contact Customer Care within 30 days of receipt with your Order# (AWEC-XXXX), the email, zip code, or phone number used at checkout, and the reason for your return.
  2. Approval & Instructions: A Customer Care agent will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Return & Processing:
    • For exchanges, we will ship out the replacement once the returned item is received.
    • For returns, a refund or store credit will be issued for the cost of the item(s) minus discounts and promotions, shipping costs and a 12% restocking fee once the return is received and inspected.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Angelwreaths covers shipping costs for one exchange per order. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on any additional returns or replacement orders due to customer preference (not an Angelwreaths error).

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days or can be issued as store credit upon request.
