If you're not happy with your order, easily exchange or return within 30 days from receiving your order. We'll process an exchange or refund.
Sale/Clearance Items & all 6Ft Feather Trees are final sale. No returns or exchanges. Defective items require photo confirmation and Customer Care must be contacted within 4 days of receipt.
Order Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled within 4 hrs of being placed. Once orders are in processing, they are non-cancellable.
How to Return: Contact Customer Care to submit a request to return or exchange your order within 30 days of receiving your items. You'll need your Order# (which begins with "AWEC-" and 4 digits - ex: AWEC-3410), and the email address, zip code, or phone number used to place your order along with the reason for your return. An agent will approve your request and provide you with an RMA#, and return directions. For any exchanges, we will ship out the exchange once items are received. For eligible returns, a refund or store credit for the cost of the items will be offered (minus shipping and a 12% restocking fee), and will be processed when return items are received.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Exchange shipping costs are covered by Angelwreaths. Items must be unused with original packaging, and will be inspected for eligibility.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns and replacement orders if the exchange is due to no fault of Angelwreaths so please be sure to refer to the product description and review your selected options and shipping address for any errors.
If you received the wrong item, or a defective item, submit a request for an Instant Exchange within 4 days of delivery, and send us a photo confirming the issue (wrong item, damage, or the defect, etc).
Customer Care will provide approval of return with an RMA number and the Returns Center address, to include on your shipping label.
Refunds
Refunds are issued once we receive the returned items and inspected. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment which will reflect back to your account within 5-7 business days, or you can request store credit.
