We like our deliveries fast, our process smooth, and our policies clear. Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets from our shop to your space—plus how to pay with ease.


Where We Ship

We currently ship throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Note: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.


Processing Times

We pride ourselves on quick turnarounds—because no one likes waiting.

  • Wreaths & Feather Trees: Ship within 1–2 business days from our NJ studio via USPS or UPS.

  • All Other Items: Ship within 3–5 business days from our U.S.-based fulfillment partners.

  • Specialty & Custom Items - Ruby Clay Co. items & Angelwreaths 7ft Trees: These are made-to-order and ship within 1–2 weeks due to their handcrafted nature.


Delivery Guarantee

If your order is confirmed lost, stuck in pre-shipment for 20+ days, or damaged in transit, we’ll take care of it with a free replacement. We want your space styled—not stressed.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of being placed. After that, we start prepping—and at that point, your order is locked in.

Note: For Ruby Clay Co. products, cancellations are only possible if production hasn't started. If it has, the order cannot be canceled.


Shipping Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please triple-check your address at checkout—we ship exactly what you submit.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for re-shipping fees. We typically wait until the item is returned to us before reshipping, which can take up to 30 days. If it’s lost in transit due to incorrect info, we’re unable to replace or refund.


Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

We hustle to ship on time, but during high-volume periods, delays may occur. Check our holiday shipping deadlines if you're ordering gifts—we recommend shopping early!


Delays

We’re not responsible for delays caused by weather, postal issues, incorrect addresses, or natural disasters—but we’ll do everything we can to assist if something goes off track.


Reporting Damages

If your item arrives damaged, contact us at help@angelwreaths.com within 24 hours with photos so we can make it right.

• Shop Pay (with 4 interest-free installments)

All payments are processed in USD at checkout, but you can view prices in your local currency using the dropdown menu in the top-right corner of our site.
